Break into tech sales.
In ninety days.

Two weeks of intensive training. Three months on a real, paid campaign. Then a full-time placement backed by a one-year contract. No degree, no experience, no cold-applying into the void.

Hungry to learn · coachable · ready to get on the phones

There are people who would be great at tech sales who can't get in the door. They send a hundred applications and hear nothing back. Meanwhile companies say they can't find good SDRs anywhere.

Both sides are right, and both are stuck on the same gap: nobody wants to pay to train someone green.

So we train them. Then we put them on a live campaign and let them prove it on real calls, recorded, against a real quota. By the time a company meets them, they're already ramped.

The hire isn't a gamble anymore. It's someone with three months of receipts.

Two doors. One marketplace.

Whether you're trying to get into sales or trying to hire for it, you start in the same place.

The 90-day path

From the community to a contract.

  1. Join the free community. Start with cold-calling resources, coaching, and a room full of people on the same path. No cost, no catch.
  2. Apply and interview. Cohort seats are limited and earned. We're looking for hungry, coachable people, so there's a real interview to get in.
  3. Two weeks of intensive training. Live sessions, three days a week. Objection handling, real call reviews, and reps until the script is second nature.
  4. Three months on a live campaign. You go on the phones for a real client, against a real quota, with every call recorded so your progress is undeniable.
  5. Choose your path. Hit quota and you pick: stay with us across multiple campaigns, or get placed full-time at a company that wants to grow with you, backed by a one-year contract.

The marketplace

A profile that does the talking.

Not a resume. A track record.

Every rep gets a living profile: who they are, where they're based, what they're into, and the stats that actually matter, like the campaign they're on and the meetings they've booked.

Each one carries a specialty, the thing a hiring company wouldn't have known to ask for. A background in healthcare. A knack for technical buyers. A second language.

  • Companies browse and filter by industry and specialty
  • Real booking stats, updated as reps work live campaigns
  • Tell us who you need, and we surface the right people

For companies

Three ways to hire from the camp.

  1. Hire a ramped rep, full-time. Pull someone off a live campaign who already hits quota. They start producing in week one, not month six, and we back the placement with a one-year contract.
  2. Run a trial campaign first. Not sure what your motion should look like? Put one of our experienced operators on the phones, learn what works, then place a trained rep onto exactly that playbook.
  3. No SDR motion yet? Reserve future talent. Hold your cash now. In about ninety days we'll have a top-tier rep ready, so you skip the ramp entirely and slot in proven talent when the time is right.

Who the camp is for

You'll thrive here if:

  • You're hungry for a win and hungry to make good money.
  • You're coachable, you take feedback on the chin and apply it the next call.
  • You're trying to break into tech sales or pivot careers, and tired of applying into silence.
  • You'll put in the reps, the training is intensive and the phones are real.

Not the right fit

Skip it if:

  • You want a passive course you can watch and forget.
  • You're not willing to get on the phone and hear "no" a lot before the "yes."
  • You want a job handed to you without earning the seat.

FAQ

The questions we get a lot.

Does it cost anything to join?

The community is free, always. It's resources, coaching, and a room of people on the same path. The cohort, where you get the intensive training, the live placement, and the job pipeline, is a separate program you apply and interview for. We'll walk through the details on the way in.

Do I need sales experience or a degree?

No. We're looking for hungry, coachable people, not credentials. Plenty of the best SDRs come from totally different careers. The training assumes you're starting fresh.

Is the three-month campaign actually paid?

Yes. You're placed on a real client campaign and working real calls. It's experience and income at the same time, and every call is recorded so your track record is built on receipts, not claims.

What happens after the three months?

If you hit quota, you choose. Stay with us and work across multiple campaigns, or get placed full-time at a company that wants to grow with you. Those placements come with a one-year contract behind them.

I'm a company. How do I hire from the camp?

Three ways: hire a ramped rep full-time, run a trial campaign with one of our operators first, or reserve future talent now so you skip the ramp later. Book a 20-minute call and we'll point you at the right fit.

SDR or BDR, what's the difference?

In practice, almost none. Both are the front line of sales, opening conversations and booking meetings. We train the skill that underpins both, so the title on your eventual offer doesn't change what you learn here.

Your first call is closer than you think.
